Contribute to IT RSO Systems projects and day-to-day team tasks
Assist with triaging tickets for the App Configuration team
Support opportunities to improve the support model by collecting feedback from business end users
Participate in resolving incidents that do not require admin privileges
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
1+ years of volunteer or work experience in a relevant field
Strong IT technical, problem solving, and logical computer troubleshooting skills
Able to work in-person at the Dallas Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX continuously from June 3 to August 11, 2026
Able to provide personal living arrangements and reliable transportation
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
