This role involves supporting System Level Test Stations and ensuring the successful execution of testing activities for Aerospace products, while also providing Jump Network Support and collaborating with a multidisciplinary engineering team.

Responsibilities

Develop, design, and debug hardware in sub-assembly and system level testing
Provide software support for testing and debugging sub-assembly and system level assemblies
Develop and execute procedures for functional testing of sub-assembly and system level products
Continuously improve testing techniques and workflows to optimize efficiency and product quality
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and performance issues

Required

Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in circuit card assembly testing or a similar role
Hands-on experience with hardware equipment debug and functional test
Proficient in supporting and troubleshooting test stations, sub-assemblies and system level products
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to develop expertise in advanced testing platforms and tools
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

Preferred

Experience with industry-standard software tools for test automation and system debugging
Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and standards
