Responsibilities
Support day-to-day procurement and supply chain operations to ensure critical materials are available when needed
Source materials through approved vendors by issuing RFQs and executing accurate purchase orders
Track and expedite open orders to meet time-sensitive operational requirements
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning teams when materials fall outside defined thresholds
Analyze vendor performance and support reporting on supply chain and inventory metrics
Partner cross-functionally with operations and finance to support reporting, budgets, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field
Two or more years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations support roles
Experience working with purchase orders, vendors, and sourcing processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operational environment
Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
Interest in growing within a stable, values-driven organization focused on safety and reliability
