Recruiting Intern
Serable is changing how businesses grow their talent through online courses, career coaching, and recruiting services. They are seeking a motivated Recruitment Intern who will support sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement to help the company grow responsibly.

Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, events, and email
Review resumes, screen applicants, and support coordinating interviews
Communicate directly with candidates to ensure a positive experience during the interview process with our clients
Work with our partners to identify new job placement opportunities for our best candidates
Document activity in tracking tools and maintain an organized recruiting workflow
Work collaboratively across a remote team while also owning independent tasks
Qualification
Required
A current junior, senior, or recent graduate studying HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
Passionate about helping people succeed and creating better career pathways
A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, entrepreneurial startup environment
Excellent communicator who works well with both candidates and teammates
Resourceful, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and recruiting techniques
Comfortable working fully remote and managing your own schedule
Strong understanding of AI and computer fundamentals. Most of our clients are AI startups
