Responsibilities
Support inbound live order calls for DoorDash's partner Merchants and customers
Develop expertise in how DoorDash uses its processes & system to promote positive outcomes
Operate with a willingness to grow with a diverse team that has a passion for what we do & the impact we are making toward this industry
Go above & beyond to create the best ordering experience for our accessibility needs customers, including but not limited to our visually impaired customers
Assist our accessibility needs customers with accurate order placement and local restaurant recommendations
Securely update important account information for our accessibility needs customers, including emails and credit card information
Provide feedback and share your ideas on how DoorDash can better the ordering customer experience
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat, open to customer-facing experience as well
Strong written & verbal communication skills including top-notch grammar, spelling & punctuation
Customer-obsessed & love helping others
Work well in a team environment, contributing to a collaborative work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve processes on behalf of users
Remain calm under pressure! Troubleshoot problems and find speedy resolutions in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations and can determine when to escalate, and when to resolve
Experience offering customers products or services that best meet their needs
Within a commutable distance to our Tempe, AZ office
Comfortable working in a PCI/DSS environment
