Responsibilities
Support, install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure and related hardware components across multiple locations
Diagnose and resolve common network issues through structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
Perform upgrades and enhancements to network hardware and software as business needs evolve
Configure and maintain file servers, directory services, network printing, security permissions, and access controls
Provide timely technical support to end users related to network access, connectivity, and system performance
Respond to user inquiries regarding network resources and system usage
Create and manage network user accounts, security settings, and user environments
Recommend improvements to network operations to increase efficiency, reliability, and performance
Deliver user training and guidance on systems and network tools when needed
Maintain accurate documentation of network changes, configurations, and procedures
Assist with the rollout of new network technologies and support knowledge transfer to internal teams
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a technical support or network administration role
Experience supporting VMware environments, Windows Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, and Windows-based desktop systems
Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including DHCP and DNS
Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills with broad understanding of enterprise applications and infrastructure
High level of computer literacy, particularly in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Proficiency with Microsoft applications, internet technologies, and networking protocols
Proven ability to manage priorities effectively while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented mindset
Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and follow direction when needed
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to service excellence
