Responsibilities

You'll own project management and coordination across various internal Epsilon cross-functional teams, ensuring successful implementation and activation of digital media campaigns
You'll chip in directly to Epsilon's overall goals by ensuring client satisfaction and retention, which are critical to our continued growth
You'll develop critical skills in project management, data analysis, client communication, and strategic problem-solving
Demonstrated expertise in Account Management tools and processes
Ability to create and maintain project timelines and meet deadlines
Experience facilitating daily coordination across internal teams
Capable of assisting with campaign launches and conducting Quality Assurance checks
Interest in monitoring ongoing campaign activity and identifying optimization opportunities
Ability to track and evaluate program performance
Skilled in handling and preparing performance/critical metric reporting
Capable of being responsible for and maintaining client promotions
Ability to build and implement client promotions promptly and with attention to detail
Excellent client service competence with strong presentation and writing skills
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Ability to lead and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively
Ability to learn quickly and think strategically to provide solutions

Required

Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
1-2 years of experience in account management, project management, or the digital media industry
