Executive Assistant Contractor

They are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative support to the VP, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and producing reports.
Responsibilities
Coordinate calendars, scheduling and itineraries for executives and board
Create presentations for executive and/or board meetings
Communicate and handle internal and external communications for executive
Create and interpret reports for executive
Qualification
Required
5 years administrative support experience in an office setting
Preferred
At least 2 years at the executive/director level
Experience in healthcare, research and/or academic setting
