Responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest room, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of the house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
Perform preventive maintenance on major equipment and systems
Interact with colleagues and guests to fulfill requests and complete work orders
Ensure the hotel is compliant with local, state, and federal safety standards
Qualification
Required
A minimum of one year building maintenance experience is required
Good customer skills are also required
