They are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the department operations of their growing custom Cabinetry and Millwork division, overseeing design engineers and CNC programmers to ensure projects transition seamlessly from concept to production.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Design Engineers and CNC Programmers

Oversee the creation of accurate, production-ready shop drawings for custom cabinetry and millwork projects

Ensure all engineering outputs meet architectural intent, client specifications, and manufacturing constraints

Review and approve drawings, cut lists, CNC programs, and bills of materials before release

Supervise CNC programming for routers, panel saws, edge-banders, and related equipment

Partner with production and shop leadership to resolve technical challenges and improve manufacturability

Develop and maintain engineering standards, SOPs, and best practices for drafting, programming, and data flow

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors, rework, and cycle times

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Sales, Estimating, and Production teams to align scope, schedule, and deliverables
