Responsibilities

Play a vital, AI-enabled support role with ServiceNow initiatives across Global People
Participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team building activities
Support and service for all general HR inquiries, as well as key moments that matter in the employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding/offboarding)
Execute projects across the People Insights organization
Support all aspects of Total Rewards

Required

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a full-time student, pursuing a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and graduating on or after December 2026
Excellent communicator and collaborator, with an aptitude for building strong relationships with both team members and stakeholders
Desire to eventually work in an HR function for a technology company
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bias toward execution, a doer that pays attention to details
Strong personal accountability to achieve goals and meet delivery dates
Creativity and confidence to bring new ideas and provide feedback and input
