3–5+ years of outside B2B sales experience
Proven track record of account growth and territory management
Experience developing new accounts and expanding existing relationships

Ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business
Comfortable working independently and managing a full territory
Organized with strong time management and follow-up discipline
Confident presenting solutions and handling objections
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused

Preferred

Industrial, MRO, construction, fleet, manufacturing, or related sales experience
Experience selling parts, consumables, tools, equipment, or services
Understanding of long-term account development and repeat business
