Responsibilities

Front Desk Management: Act as the first point of contact for all guests, clients, and vendors
Facilities Coordination: Liaise with trade contractors (plumbers, electricians, cleaners) and building management to ensure the office is in tip-top shape
Space Maintenance: Keep common areas, kitchens, and conference rooms tidy and fully stocked with supplies
Mail & Logistics: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
Calendar Management: Assist leadership with scheduling internal and external meetings
Meeting Support: Prepare meeting rooms, take notes during key sessions, and distribute action items to the team
Travel & Expenses: Occasionally assist with travel bookings and basic expense report filing

Required

0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (retail, hospitality, or internships are great!)

A 'no task is too small' attitude and a desire to learn the ropes of office operations
