Responsibilities
Develop process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to effectively communicate interaction behaviors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements using data-driven insights
Participate in usability testing and analyze performance data to optimize new and existing features
Present design work to various teams and executives for feedback and review
Contribute to the development of user interface design standards and best practices
Lead initiatives in ecommerce trends, web application design, and user interface innovations
Qualification
Required
3-6 years of experience in interaction design for web or software applications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of web-based information architecture and usability principles
Proficiency in Figma and a compelling online portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
Excellent communication and analytical skills to convey complex design concepts effectively
Ability to work in agile environments with highly technical teams on multiple projects
Preferred
Experience prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, or Flash
Self-starter with a customer-focused mindset and attention to detail
Experience in conducting user research and working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
