Responsibilities

Improve training and operational procedures within a business to increase efficiency and productivity
Work directly with functional departments to understand the individual needs of the business
Define project requirements by identifying project milestones
Work with all the areas of the business including production, supply chain, Sales, PET, Finance, and third-party systems which are interfaced with SAP systems
Drive project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and recommending change
Provide routine production support through business and system solutions
Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users
Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures
Consult with department managers to develop system solutions consistent with organizational objectives
Create, update, and analyze production and supply chain reports utilizing data withing the SAP reporting warehouse
Work with Technical Support and IT teams to update data within SAP via mass update transactions and Variant Configurator uploads to SAP production instance

Required

Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring Sponsorship
Must be available to work on-site daily in Hobart, Indiana
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, and data analysis tools
Hands-on experience with Tableau for data visualization and reporting and/or Strong working knowledge of SAP for data management and reporting processes
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality output
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or Engineering or a related field and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of SAP operation and maintenance experience across the following - Batch Management, Demand Planning, MRP, Production Planning Detailed Scheduling (PP-DS), Production Execution (PP-PI), Project Systems, Purchasing, Materials Management, Inventory Management (EWM)
Experience in computer system validation, authoring CSV deliverables, execution of testing, resolving of defects
3+ years manufacturing industry experience is required
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
