Responsibilities
Negotiate leases and drive key transactions, including renewals, expansions, and exits
Manage brokers and external vendors, ensuring strong performance
Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, understanding and delivering on their needs
Collaborate with Design, Construction, Finance, and Legal to deliver projects that meet business goals
Analyze deals, financial models, and lease terms to support informed decisions
Nurture Landlord relationships alongside Lease Administration
Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5–7 years of corporate real estate transactions or development experience
Strong knowledge of lease structures, negotiation, and legal language
Proven ability to manage vendors and execute transactions independently
Ability to translate global organizational strategy into transactions strategy
Solid financial and analytical skills, including real estate accounting and modeling
Clear communication skills and the ability to influence across teams
