Lead design and implementation of multi-service features and systems

Define and enforce testing strategies across the stack

Act as incident commander for medium-severity production incidents

Author postmortems and drive systemic fixes

Serve as technical lead for projects, aligning cross-functional partners

Mentor and sponsor engineers across teams

Deliver initiatives that improve predictability, throughput, and system resilience

Required

Expert in a primary language, competent in two or more others
