The role provides hands-on exposure to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices, focusing on water conservation, energy management, and waste reduction.

Responsibilities

Support the collection and analysis of environmental data (e.g., energy use, water consumption, waste generation, emissions)

Assist in sustainability reporting and compliance documentation (e.g., ESG, GHG, ISO 14001)

Conduct waste, water, and energy audits under supervision

Participate in the development of environmental awareness and employee engagement campaigns

Assist in updating and maintaining EHS documentation, procedures, and training materials

Research industry best practices in environmental sustainability and recommend process improvements

Support the implementation of sustainability projects such as recycling programs, carbon footprint reduction, and green supply chain initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Facilities, Operations, HR, etc.) to support EHS goals

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field

Strong interest in environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis or visualization tools is a bonus

Strong analytical, research, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Familiarity with environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001), sustainability frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP), and regulatory compliance is a plus
