Marketing Communications Specialist
RadNet is a leading provider in radiology, committed to delivering quality patient care. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will manage tradeshows, events, and webinars, develop marketing strategies, and ensure consistent brand messaging across communication channels.

Responsibilities
Strategically plan, manage, and maintain the annual tradeshow, event, and webinar calendar in alignment with organizational goals and budgetary guidelines
Lead the execution of tradeshows, events, and webinars, including vendor coordination, timelines, logistics, and on-site representation
Serve as a primary or key point of contact for tradeshow staff, vendors, and external partners, exercising discretion in vendor management and issue resolution
Develop and oversee pre-event marketing strategies, including advertising plans, messaging frameworks, and collateral development in collaboration with subject matter experts
Evaluate post-event performance, oversee lead management strategies, and provide recommendations for follow-up and future event optimization
Collaborate with content managers, sales teams, product managers, and subject matter experts to distribute final copy across all communication channels
Partner with design and development resources to build marketing collateral, sales tools, and maintain websites that align with company branding guidelines
Author and manage the development of thought leadership content, including white papers, case studies, press releases, newsletters, and email campaigns
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all internal and external communications
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or related discipline with proven marketing experience
Three plus years in healthcare, healthcare technology
Experience in enterprise focused b2b marketing
Experience in event planning and management
Experience in PR and media
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
Strong project management and production skills (planning and execution)
Fluent, articulate, able to produce good content
Independent, accountable, tenacious
Affinity for technology
Internet and social networks savvy
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong analytical, and problem-solving techniques
Process oriented and extremely thorough
Sense of humor and creative nature
Ability to work in a technical environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Highly organized self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail are essential
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams
