Oversee the contract which provides Availability Work Package (AWP) Managers (AWPMs) to both COMNAVSURFLANT and COMNAVSURFPAC Type Commander (TYCOM) staffs to assist with the development, scheduling, planning, and tracking of surface ship depot level maintenance and modernization work

Required

Secret Clearance
Oversee the contract which provides Availability Work Package (AWP) Managers (AWPMs) to both COMNAVSURFLANT and COMNAVSURFPAC Type Commander (TYCOM) staffs to assist with the development, scheduling, planning, and tracking of surface ship depot level maintenance and modernization work
Minimum 15 years experience in DoD/Navy program management, Industry or Government technical management, or Industry or Government business management
Minimum of 10 years supervisory experience
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in related field, or 10 of minimum 15 years of experience was gained because of in-depth experience and specialized knowledge in the related field
Minimum 5 years experience in communicating, interacting, and working among Senior Executive Service and Flag level personnel
May work from any location but must have the ability to travel to various TYCOM locations to meet with Senior Task Managers
NOTE: 'Related Field' includes: marine engineering, maintenance management, industrial engineering, or other maritime-related field
