Responsibilities
Be hands on with various projects from conception to completion
Consult with clients on creation, presentation of design concepts and needs
Define project requirements and develop design criteria
Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material etc. (preferred but not required)
Use various different software's to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects
Professional client development skills
Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally
Qualification
Required
Architecture degree required
5+ years of experience
Professional client development skills
Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally
Preferred
Professional licensure preferred
Proficient in Revit is preferred
Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material etc. (preferred but not required)
