Qualification

Hospital operations leadershipOperational infrastructure planningProcess measurement effectivenessBachelor's degreeSexual Harassment CertificationMaster's degreeWorkforce/resource decision-makingCommunication skillsCollaboration skills

Required

Bachelors degree in business or related field required
Minimum of ten (10) years of hospital operations at the leadership level
Responsible for the measurement/effectiveness of all internal/external processes
Ability to collaborate with the management team to develop plans for operational infrastructure
Ability to oversee major workforce/resource decisions
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially

Preferred

Masters degree in business or related field preferred
