Responsibilities
Represent the Organization: Attend health fairs, community events, and local meetings to share information about our services
Help People Access the Care They Need: Guide individuals through health plan applications and enrolment processes, connecting them to vital resources
Create Welcoming Spaces: Provide support at ACCESS Centers, assisting visitors, answering questions, and helping operations run smoothly
Track and Report: Meet performance goals, document outreach activities, and ensure accurate follow-ups to improve patient access to care
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in social work, public health, or a related field is a plus
1–2 years of experience in community outreach, customer service, or healthcare
Bilingual? If you speak Spanish or Creole, you'll be an even better fit!
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
Flexible schedule: Able to work evenings, weekends, and travel locally when needed
Tech proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
