Broward Health is seeking a Research and Cosmos Analyst to join their team and assist in supporting Epic’s Electronic Health Record (EHR). The Analyst will manage the comprehensive optimization of Epic Research and Cosmos modules, ensuring seamless integration of clinical research workflows and effective data governance.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end research study lifecycles within Epic

Build and maintain billing protocols

Oversee Cosmos data mapping and user support

Develop innovative solutions to enhance research operations and data integrity

Collaborate with research operations, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate data capture and compliant charge routing

Execute efficient research workflow and optimize data utilization

Understand and apply knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage and IRB guidelines, clinical oncology protocols, and strategic guidance to optimize the use of Cosmos for data analysis and reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Two years of experience in a relevant role

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage and IRB guidelines

Understanding of clinical oncology protocols

Technical expertise in Epic Research/Billing and Cosmos

Project management and analytical skills
