Responsibilities

Performing general office duties for the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design, including department and office support, student support, and faculty support
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others

Qualification

Bachelor's degreeAdministrative support experienceMicrosoft OfficeInterpersonal skillsAttention to detailConfidential information handling

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
At least three years of experience in administrative support or office management
Experience with Microsoft Office suite

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in general business administration, finance, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
At least five years of experience in administrative support or office management
Experience in higher education
Experience with university systems (Workday)
Proof of Veteran Status
