Responsibilities
Define and own the long-term product vision and platform direction
Provide the architectural blueprint and technical requirement documents
Lead agent routing logic, realtime AI adaptation guardrails, latency constraints, fallback behavior, and state recovery
Write architecture handoff documentation engineers build autonomously from
Lead product-architecture reviews and validate engineering output against system design
Design the platform so it scales across verticals including mobile performance coaching and later B2B admin tooling
Write and maintain all feature roadmaps for Scivora’s product releases
Define sprint structures and align development lanes across engineers and AI systems
Plan and sequence sprint cycles for each feature release
Work directly with the developers to scope sprints, assign effort, and maintain delivery timelines
Translate roadmap milestones into executable sprint plans
Lead sprint reviews and iterate on future sprint sequencing based on results
Qualification
Required
4–8+ years of experience leading product systems, platform design, or technical architecture
Has created architectural blueprints that engineering teams built from
Experience designing realtime or AI-adaptive applications where context continuity, routing, and latency mattered
Has written feature roadmaps and converted them into structured sprint plans for developers
Comfortable scoping product releases into engineering sprints without owning the code delivery itself
Familiar with AI agent orchestration, state design, REST APIs, cloud infrastructure, or distributed systems
Experience building or architecting B2B admin portals, developer tooling, or analytics platforms is a strong plus
