Responsibilities
Communicate directly with guest and credit card processors in order to resolve disputes
Prepare and send email and/or upload general billing to guests and wholesalers
Pursue collections of past due accounts
Process travel agent commissions in preparation for payment to travel agents (TA)
Research and respond to customer/guest inquiries
Help rectify any billing disputes between internal departments and guests
Maintain up to date information and comments on all client accounts. Ensure documentation is accurate, thorough, and focused on detail
Process and allocate credit card charges/refunds for guest inquires disputes and skips
Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to work varied shifts, including holidays
Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (example Word, Excel)
Ability to effectively communicate in English
Polished appearance and demeanor
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures
At least 21 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months accounts receivable experience in a similar or related field
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Preferred
Working knowledge of Oracle database
Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting
