Contribute to Real Estate project work and day-to-day team tasks
Participate in location analytics work using Placer.ai, Kalibrate, and SiteZeus
Assist with projects related to trade area development and market evaluation
Support data, documentation, and review needs across Real Estate initiatives
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate
1+ years of volunteer or work experience in relevant field
Able to work in-person at the Dallas Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX continuously from June 3 to August 11, 2026
Able to provide personal living arrangements and reliable transportation
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
