This role involves guiding junior team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering software products through Agile methodologies while ensuring quality standards and security compliance.

Responsibilities
Lead solution development and delivery of software products to QA, UAT, and Production environments
Manage day-to-day development activities and promote Agile practices within the team
Collaborate with product owners, PMO, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
Provide development sizing and cost analysis estimates in partnership with Scrum Master and product owner
Participate in story decomposition, feature design, and task prioritization
Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks, including test-driven development
Support Single Sign-On (SSO) integration efforts for internal and external systems
Assist release manager in assembling releases and improving release processes
Identify technology risks early and establish mitigation plans
Conduct code reviews and quality improvement sessions with onshore and offshore developers
Prototype, validate, and create application solutions for business needs
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in building server-side applications using C# and .NET technologies
Experience in designing and implementing high availability, high throughput, and scalable applications
Strong understanding of modern system architecture and development standards
Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP-based Web Service APIs in transaction processing environments
Expertise in object-oriented analysis, SOA, design patterns, and implementation
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test-driven development practices
Ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
BS/BA/MS in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
Minimum 8+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in team leadership roles
Must be self-motivated, creative, and efficient in solving complex, time-critical problems
Preferred
Hands-on experience with SAML and OAuth solutions
Experience with online security and user authentication is a plus
