Responsibilities
Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and supervisory duties necessary to maintain qualified staff to complete contract Task Orders
Responsible for overall management of each Task Order
Participates in regularly scheduled meetings with the Customer and Technical Points of Contact at least monthly
Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues
Regularly briefs senior leadership on program status and milestones
Ensures all work performed meets contract requirements and is within funding, schedule and staffing constraints
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Qualification
Required
At a minimum, a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field. Degree must be from an accredited school
At least 5 years' experience managing personnel on federal contracts
Program Management Institute - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification within the past five (5) years
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret security clearance
Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
