Responsibilities
Helps improve administration procedures
Observes multiple office positions and trains in a variety of tasks
Attends company meetings and functions as needed
Assists in other miscellaneous tasks as needed
Performs key monthly/quarterly tasks
Reconciles accounts, researches and corrects discrepancies
Assists with internal monthly reporting and external quarterly reporting
Supports ongoing initiatives and ad hoc requests
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills
Team oriented
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
Pursuing bachelor's degree in accounting
Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program
Currently maintaining a GPA of 2.0 or higher
Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program
