Stadium Events Specialist
Red Bull New York is a prominent team in Major League Soccer, playing at Sports Illustrated Stadium. The Stadium Events Specialist will be responsible for driving event rentals and managing relationships with promoters and clients, ensuring successful execution of various events at the stadium.

Responsibilities
Drive private event rentals through proactive sales efforts, relationship-building, and targeted outreach
Cultivate relationships with third-party promoters and event producers to attract concerts, sporting events, and other live entertainment opportunities
Collaborate with the in-house partner promoter to coordinate schedules, ensure date availability, and support mutually beneficial programming
Oversee the booking of non-RBNY events at the stadium, including sporting events, concerts, corporate events, and private events
Serve as the primary point of contact for Promoters, as well as Corporate and Private Clients seeking to book the stadium, answering inquiries and providing information on available dates, event requirements, and pricing
Work closely with event Promoters to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions
Negotiate terms and conditions with Promoters, Clients and Vendors, ensuring clear agreements on all aspects of the event, from logistics to fees
Act as the liaison between event clients and the stadium’s Food & Beverage department, ensuring seamless communication and planning
Support and coordinate the creation of room layouts and event diagrams for private events to ensure client customization and optimal use of space
Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery from booking to post-event follow-up for all events
Support the maintenance of the master event calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling and resource allocation
Work along internal teams including Operations, Marketing, Security, and Ticketing to ensure that all large-scale events are properly scoped, planned, and executed
Support internal event planning meetings and post-event recaps to continuously improve processes and outcomes
Support the tracking and analysis of event revenue, pipeline opportunities, and profitability
Support the development of regular reports and forecasts to ensure department is on pace to meet or exceed annual goals
Help identify new opportunities for growth and increased utilization of stadium spaces
Collaborate with the Marketing department to promote upcoming events and attract new clients
Help create promotional materials, press releases, and other communications to increase the Venue’s visibility as an event destination in the NYC metropolitan area
Assist in the maintenance of the stadium website & marketing materials
Review event feedback and provide executive reports on event performance & identify areas for improvement
Assist with invoicing and tracking revenue generated from events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field desirable
Two to three years of experience in event bookings and sales, sports and other live entertainment
Experience working with both Corporate Private Clients and large entertainment 3rd party Promoters
Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation development skills
Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as event schedules demand
Demonstrated success in event booking, client relationship management, and revenue generation
Understanding of event operations, including food & beverage coordination, A/V needs, and space planning
Must have excellent interpersonal and external communication skills
Preferred
Proficiency in event diagramming software (e.g., Social Tables, AutoCAD) and CRM systems is a plus
Industry network and familiarity with national and regional touring acts, sports organizations, and event producers is desirable
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial models and projections
Certification in event planning (such as CMP - Certified Meeting Professional) is a plus
