Responsibilities

Proactively track changes in traffic patterns and provide updates to leadership
Assist in the development of tools to better understand changes in traffic patterns
Partner across teams to anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances; develop action plans; measure and analyze results; identify and drive growth and improvement opportunities
Manage financial and operational performance metrics for your business e.g. Weekly Business Reviews
Uphold and enforce an environment of ethical practices and strong financial controllership

Required

3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards), or experience using Oracle
