Responsibilities
Develop and manage a multi-channel content strategy aligned with Prominence Health’s business goals and brand voice
Lead ideation, writing, editing, and production of content including web pages, email campaigns, social media, brochures, video scripts, and internal communications
Use AI tools to generate, optimize, and personalize content at scale
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Clinical, and Compliance to ensure content accuracy and alignment
Manage and maintain editorial calendars for all business lines and digital platforms
Ensure SEO best practices are applied to all digital content
Oversee and mentor a team of content creators and freelancers
Utilize platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and other marketing technologies to automate workflows and measure performance
Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
8+ years in content creation and strategy, preferably in healthcare or insurance
3+ years managing a team
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
Proficiency in AI content tools and marketing automation platforms
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative and innovative mindset
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Experience with Medicare Advantage, Commercial Health Plans, or Value-Based Care preferred
Prefer candidates local to the Reno, NV area
