Responsibilities
Greets members and guests, seats members. Taking reservations, answering phone
Provide menus
Suggests and describes various appetizers, entrees, desserts, alcoholic beverages and wine to members and guests
Handles member/guest complaints and problems and relays to Manager on Duty
Assures all safety, accident and emergency policies and procedures are consistently followed
Inspects dining room to ensure proper maintenance of a clean and orderly area
Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
Assists with table clearing and resetting as needed
Greet members upon their departure
Qualification
Required
GED or High School Diploma
Excellent verbal communication skills required
Knowledgeable of proper food handling procedures
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required
Preferred
Prior Food and Beverage experience preferred
