Responsibilities

Support cruise retail accounts management and execution by leading and developing the WG&S portfolio in the cruise lines channel

Focus on delivering measurable distribution KPI’s with cruise line partners through revenue growth, operational efficiency, leveraging channel initiatives

The role requires account management skills, commercial thinking, analytical excellence and an ability to problem solve and execute the global brand strategy for the cruise line channel, (on Trade and retail)

This also involves managing internal stakeholders, ability to work in cross functional teams and present with impact

Required

Experience in either account management or Cruise Lines

Expert in delivering compelling proposals grounded in insights

Experience working internationally in either cruise or commercial role

Willingness to travel

Experience working with large customers

Ability to adapt communication style

Strong cultural awareness

Preferred

Ability to speak more than one language
