Shape the vision for our visual brand
Execute everything needed to move us in that direction

Qualification

Figma proficiencyAdobe software experienceTypographyBrand guidelines experienceAI tools experienceCollaborationCommunication skillsGrowth mindset

Required

Strong consumer-facing work that has shipped and reached the hands of delighted users
Work used in digital contexts, i.e. apps, websites, social media, and newsletters
Breadth and versatility across a range of methods, including illustration and treating photo assets
Strong foundations in typography, color, and composition
Experience creating or contributing to brand guidelines and asset libraries
Experience designing high-quality assets on tight timelines
Experience creating systems that scale
Experience in startups or fast-moving tech environments
Clear, open, and personable communication style
Receptive to feedback with a growth mindset and low ego
Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment
Figma proficiency is a strong requirement
Experience using Adobe software
Experience using AI tools
Excitement to learn new tools and processes
