Responsibilities

Provide in-house legal support for medical device commercial transactions, including contract negotiations, compliance, litigation strategy, and IP management

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including commercial and pricing agreements, education and marketing agreements, vendor and sourcing agreements, supply and distribution agreements, and loan/consignment agreements

Advise on healthcare compliance, privacy matters, and marketing or sponsorship activities

Support IP oversight and collaborate with external counsel on litigation and related matters

Provide general corporate legal support and manage related administrative and organizational tasks, advising internal stakeholders, conducting contract negotiations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to litigation strategy

Required

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with an active US Bar license
