Responsibilities
Design, develop, and validate APIs for network and compute resource provisioning in Azure cloud environments
Optimize infrastructure for performance and efficiency to support scalable AI services
Troubleshoot and resolve pre-production and production issues, ensuring operational reliability and quick recovery
Maintain dashboards and metrics for networking and AI Infrastructure, providing insights into usage, performance, and security compliance
Collaborate with team members and partner teams to ensure service reliability, drive continuous improvements, and uphold SLA and security standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Experience with cloud infrastructure or distributed systems
Experience with problem-solving and troubleshooting complex technical issues in production or cloud environments
4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, C++, Java, or Python
Hands-on experience with resource quota management, security policy enforcement, and performance optimization in cloud services or large-scale distributed systems
Experience using data analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Geneva, Power BI, Kusto, Grafana, Azure Synapse) to track infrastructure metrics, analyze telemetry, and drive reliability improvements
