Perform financial analysis and risk ratings on commercial loan requests
Support loan committee preparation by reviewing credit structures and documentation
Ensure loans align with the bank's credit policy and regulatory standards
Communicate with lenders to address documentation or credit concerns
Help monitor loan performance, risk classifications, and policy exceptions
Participate in credit committee and department meetings
Assist in department reporting and special projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
1+ years of experience in credit or financial analysis preferred (internships count!)
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
A team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into new responsibilities
