Responsibilities
Leading the development of creds decks, proposals and case studies for business development opportunities
Project management of proposal responses
Developing and managing the systems we use to ensure scalability of our business development efforts
Replicating processes used elsewhere and adjusting and applying them to our work for Projects and Properties
Supporting on discovery calls with potential clients
Supporting on the development of pricing/resourcing proposals
Managing opportunity tracking in Salesforce
Supporting on scopes of work
Handling onboarding documents when a project is sold in
Qualification
Required
1-4 years experience working in marketing services, sports or sports marketing, in business development, account management or project management
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides – ability to create presentations and creds decks is key and ability to handle basic level of deck design
Strong written communication skills – writing is a critical element of the role
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy
Innate curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit
