UVM Health - UVM Medical Center is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to join their executive leadership team. The CHRO will partner with the CEO to shape a high-performing workforce and provide leadership across all human capital functions.

Provides vision and leadership for all human capital functions, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational development, total rewards, employee experience, employee and labor relations, HR operations, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development
Ensures HR strategies support the organization’s academic, clinical, and community missions while promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability

Required

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility in a complex, multisite organization

Strategic thinker with ability to align people strategy to mission and long-term goals
Collaborative, transparent, and inclusive leadership style
Ability to influence and lead in a matrixed academic medical environment
