Senior Financial Analyst
AccruePartners is a mission-driven organization operating in the dispute resolution and legal services sector, serving as a neutral third party for mediation and arbitration. They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as an internal FP&A business partner, develop financial analyses, and contribute to the growth of their FP&A function.

Responsibilities
Serve as an internal FP&A business partner to leaders across multiple functions, with frequent front-facing interaction with VPs
Develop and enhance financial analyses, reports, and KPI dashboards to support executive decision-making
Contribute to the continued build-out and maturation of a growing FP&A function
Partner closely with the Director of FP&A and broader finance team on forecasting, planning, and performance analysis
Respond to ad hoc requests for customized financial insights, reporting, and analysis across the business
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of hands-on FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Background as a Financial Analyst or similar role, with readiness to take on expanded responsibility
Experience developing KPIs, financial models, and management reporting
Comfort delivering insights and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional partners
Strong internal business partnering skills and ability to collaborate effectively across functions
Ability to work independently, bring best practices forward, and contribute to the evolution of a growing FP&A function
