Responsibilities

Ensure a clean and neat appearance at all times

Address and resolve issues promptly and efficiently

Maintain effective communication with clients at the project level

Train employees on job-specific and safety requirements, ensuring compliance with company and client policies

Supervise associates to uphold sanitary standards in food serving, storage, and accommodation areas

Ensure all health, safety, and food safety issues are promptly addressed and resolved

Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and crew changes; monitor staff hours and ensure compliance with payroll requirements

Monitor compliance with budgets, control food, labor, purchasing, and inventory costs, and administer inventory counts

Maintain superior product and service quality standards, investigate complaints, and initiate corrective actions

Foster good relationships with client and customer, ensuring their complete satisfaction

Perform other functions and duties as assigned
