IT Support Specialist I - Corporate (Las Vegas)
Caesars Entertainment is the largest casino-entertainment company in the U.S. and is seeking an IT Support Specialist I to provide support on computer hardware and software for their Las Vegas Region IT Property Operations team. The role involves addressing user tickets, assisting with installations and troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective technical support.

Responsibilities
Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
Identify issues that require escalation
Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
Assist with special event or project related equipment setups
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Perform duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1 year computer operations experience in an iSeries and/or Windows server environment. Experience to include knowledge of basic system commands and error message recognition
Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, such as printers and scanners
Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills
Customer-oriented attitude
Ability to lift to 40 pounds
Ability to walk 3+ miles a day through casino properties
Work shifts vary
NV gaming required
Preferred
College diploma or equivalent experience preferred
CompTIA's A+, Network+, or Security+ (preferred, but not required)
