Executive Commercial Lending Assistant
MountainOne is seeking an Executive Commercial Lending Assistant to provide administrative support to the Senior Commercial Risk Officer and oversee the Commercial Lending Assistants. The role involves managing the Commercial Loan Portfolio and ensuring customer service support to existing and potential customers.

Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to the Senior Commercial Risk Officer and Relationship Managers including:
Primary internal and external contact in Senior Commercial Risk Officer absence
Preparation of monthly and quarterly portfolio reports for various meetings
Collecting Relationship Managers comments and action plans in preparation of monthly delinquency meetings
Preparation of the Approved Not Yet Closed and Monthly Pipeline Report for submission to Accounting
Monitor and track status of Commercial Loan Policy exceptions to ensure accurate monthly reporting to the Board of Directors
Assist Credit Administration and Relationship Managers with tracking and monitoring collection of financial statements including borrowing bases
Assembly of monthly board packages for Board of Directors Meetings
Oversees and monitors pre-closing activities relative to appraisals, environmental assessments and flood zone determinations to ensure complete required documentation is obtained for review
Co-ordinates loan closing process including documentation preparation for loans closed in-house
Completes a comprehensive review of documentation packages received for loans closed by outside counsel
Preparation and maintenance of documentation checklists; interacts with Attorneys to address issues and ensure timely closing; reviews closing packages for completeness; follows up on missing items
Oversee the Commercial Construction Loan Portfolio including assisting the Relationship Managers with:
Ensure advance requests are prepared in accordance with loan approval
Ordering and reviewing site inspections
Ordering and reviewing title rundowns
Administrator of the Construction Management System software
Prepare software generated reports as requested
Oversees and monitors post-closing activities relative to review of final executing closing package, policy exception tracking and post-closing conditions and requirements to resolution by Relationship Manager
Perform functions related to the existing loan portfolio including internally prepared loan modification agreements and covenant waivers
Primary contact and facilitator of materials requested for internal and external audits
Prepare reports related to the pledged loan portfolios
Department liaison for all business line communications
Provide excellent customer service and work effectively in a team environment
Research analyze and respond with resolutions and/or recommendations to existing Commercial Lending borrowers
Assumes additional responsibilities as requested
Qualification
Required
Have the ability to use general office equipment and proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
The ability to work in a fast paced office environment on a day to day basis
Ability to communicate effectively and work independently with specific job functions
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial loan administration
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
