Responsibilities
Work with the Regional Marketing Specialist. Review, input, and submit new business submissions in company’s agency management systems
Support Regional Marketing Specialist with follow-up information from Producers on recorded new business wins
Assist the Regional Marketing Specialist to quote online via carrier rating tools or submit to underwriter
Assist the Regional Marketing Specialist to complete marketing summary. Includes outlining terms, rates, commission, binding order documents, and carrier responses
Meet service standards and best practices developed by USI
Maintain a high degree of accuracy in agency management systems
Keep informed about industry information, technology, and trends
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate
Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license or willing to obtain
Knowledge of agency management systems, workflow procedures, underwriting, sales, and service processes
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Must be comfortable with internet-based programs and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction
Preferred
College degree preferred
Knowledge of Sagitta/WorkSmart preferred
