HOA Portfolio Manager (Part-time)
TPG Management is a growing New Jersey–based property management company seeking a fully remote HOA Portfolio Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of homeowners associations. This role owns HOA operations end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for Boards and residents while ensuring compliance, financial accuracy, and smooth day-to-day association management.

Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for HOA Boards and residents
Manage Board communications, approvals, meeting coordination, and follow-ups
Ensure state and local HOA compliance across the portfolio
Assist with annual budgets, financial planning, and reserve-related items
Review, track, and submit invoices to accounting for payment
Monitor invoice status and follow up on outstanding or disputed charges
Oversee vendor and commercial contracts (landscaping, snow, maintenance, etc.)
Monitor and support HOA dues collections and delinquencies
Review monthly site inspection reports and escalate issues as needed
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and resolution
Qualification
Required
Direct HOA / Condominium Association management experience required
Strong understanding of HOA governance, board dynamics, budgets, and compliance
Experience coordinating invoices, approvals, and accounting workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Comfortable managing multiple associations in a remote environment
