Translate high-level business needs into detailed technical and functional requirements

Oversee and execute key phases of the system development lifecycle, including training, implementation, and cutover for assigned application modules

Use your functional knowledge to design and customize workflow systems, ensuring seamless integration and a great experience for end users

Analyze current business processes to identify deficiencies, and then plan and coordinate the necessary corrections and enhancements with the IT team

You will coordinate, implement, and communicate system change requirements

Serve as a subject matter expert on new technology, processes, and procedures related to enterprise applications (WMS), educating others on workflows, business processes, and reporting metric

You will also have the opportunity to coach less-experienced analysts
