Campaign Administrative Assistant
The Diocese of Green Bay is seeking a Campaign Administrative Assistant to provide advanced administrative support to the Bishop’s Appeal Director. This role involves coordinating mailings, preparing reports, and organizing events while ensuring exceptional customer service and relationship building with donors.

Responsibilities
Provide advanced administrative support to the Bishop’s Appeal Director
Coordinate diverse and complex mailings and reports for annual campaigns
Prepare and disseminate materials for annual campaigns
Provide exceptional customer service
Work with the Bishop's Appeal Director to prepare donor data for annual campaign solicitation
Draft correspondence and prepare reports on donors
Prepare donor data
Organize event planning and special events for the appeal, including coordinating meeting logistics
Develop and promote relationships between the Foundation and donors
Qualification
Required
Embrace the mission and vision of the Catholic Diocese of Green Bay and work in accordance with Catholic Teachings and the moral and ethical values of the Catholic Church
Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of administrative experience
Requires knowledge of relational databases
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and have experience in Raiser's Edge Software strongly preferred
Requires knowledge of /or the ability to learn accepted bookkeeping practices
Requires knowledge of the day-to-day operation of an office
Valid driver's license required
Advanced oral and written communication skills
Expert level typing skills are necessary with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

Preferred
An associate degree is preferred

Fundraising and grant experience helpful
